By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. General

XTHREAD™ reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Products & Limited Drops

All XTHREAD™ products are released as part of limited, one-time drops. Once a size or product sells out, it will not be restocked. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that availability is limited and final, and that you are responsible for confirming size, fit, and product details (via our size chart and product descriptions) before completing your order.

Product images are for representation purposes only. Minor variations in color, print placement, or texture may occur due to the nature of screen printing/puff printing and individual screen/device display differences. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing errors, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel affected orders with a full refund where applicable.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, resale/reseller activity, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

5. Returns & Exchanges

XTHREAD™ operates a strict no return, no refund policy on all orders. All sales are final. We only offer exchanges, governed entirely by our Return and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Customers are responsible for logistics costs on preference/size-based exchanges. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are not guaranteed once an item is sold out.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed our Return and Exchange Policy and size chart, and accept full responsibility for your purchase decision.

6. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of every drop and our genuine customers, every order is packed on video, with the customer's name and order details clearly documented in the recording.

Any attempt to defraud XTHREAD™ — including but not limited to swapping, damaging, or replacing a product before initiating an exchange/dispute claim, falsely alleging receipt of the wrong item, or providing false information to obtain an unauthorized exchange or refund — constitutes fraud. In such cases, XTHREAD™ reserves the right to:

  • Use packing verification footage and order records as evidence
  • Pursue legal action against the individual(s) involved
  • Permanently block the customer from future purchases across all XTHREAD™ platforms
  • Refuse any further communication or resolution requests related to the disputed order

By purchasing from XTHREAD™, you consent to this verification process as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to designs, graphics, photography, videos, product names, brand imagery, and written content — is the exclusive property of XTHREAD™. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false or fraudulent information, engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services, or using our brand assets without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTHREAD™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products, including but not limited to delays, stock unavailability, or third-party courier issues. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold XTHREAD™ harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or fraudulent conduct related to your order.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
