Refund policy
All pieces from XTHREAD™ are made in limited drops. Due to the nature of limited-run production, we do not accept returns or refunds. Every purchase is final — please review the product details and size chart carefully before placing your order.
No returns, no refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds on any order. All sales are final once placed.
Limited stock — buy responsibly
Every piece is part of a limited drop. Once a size or item is sold out, it is gone for good and will not be restocked. If you purchase a product and later wish to exchange it, but that size/item is no longer in stock, we will not be able to fulfill the exchange — you bought it, and once it's out of stock, that responsibility is yours. We strongly recommend double-checking sizing and availability before completing your purchase.
If the item/size you want to exchange for is available in stock, we will happily process the exchange with no issue, subject to the terms below.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the logistics cost involved.
Before requesting an exchange, please double-check our Terms and Conditions and the size chart on each product page to avoid sizing issues.
If there's an issue with your product (damaged/defective item)
- Email us first at (shop@xthread.in) with details and photos of the issue.
- Once we confirm, send the product back to us.
- After we receive it, we will ship your replacement free of cost.
If you want to exchange for a different size/preference
Once you've received the product and decide you want a different size, you'll need to send the item back to us at your own cost. We'll then ship the replacement once the item is received — provided it's available in stock.
Note: All exchange requests must be raised by emailing us first — we do not accept exchanges without prior communication.
⚠ Strict Warning — Fraudulent Claims
Every order is packed on camera, with the customer's name and order details clearly stated in the recording. This footage exists to protect both our customers and our brand.
Any attempt to defraud us — including swapping the original product with a different/used item and then claiming you received the wrong product, or falsely disputing what was sent — is fraud. In such cases, we will use our packing verification footage as evidence and pursue strict legal action against the individual involved, in addition to permanently blacklisting the account from future purchases.
We take this seriously to protect the integrity of every drop and every genuine customer.
